RockEngine

The engine behind the JTEX Rock Mania pedal. iNSPIRED BY cLASSIC rOCKMAN eFFECTS.

If you're a skilled electronics builder and want to put together your own Rockman-like multieffect, you'll want to check this out. It's like a giant 42-pin IC that you can plug straight into a 0.1" pitch stripboard or perfboard and start experimenting to chase that tone!

RockEngine is the most recent version of the (mostly) analog engine powering JTEX's very limited Rock Mania pedals. You may have known it as Shockman or RockBrain in its earlier versions.  With just a few passive components, switches and jacks, you can integrate a RockEngine onboard your guitar (it's very battery-friendly), or make it into a belt pack, stomp box, desktop effect, or even rack mount unit.

For sound examples, check out the Shockman/Rock Mania YouTube playlist. Rock Engine is their latest incarnation. If anything, it sounds a little better than either, since I never stopped improving it.
