LFC

Low Frequency Control:
Distiller's Best Friend!

The LFC (previously EQpot LF) is a 1-band active EQ designed specifically to complement the Distiller. It controls the low frequencies (under 200Hz), which the Distiller doesn't cover.

I made the cut/boost range asymmetrical (more boost than cut). This allows finer control by spreading the most useful adjustment range (from moderate cut to strong boost) over the entire rotation of the pot. If you find it necessary to cut the lows of your bass by as much as 12 or 15 dB, this is probably not for you :)

The LFC should be placed downstream from a Distiller (or some other low impedance source) in the signal chain. It is not designed to be used directly after high impedance passive pickups.
